A maioria dos continentes conta a hist\u00f3ria do seu passado com est\u00e1tuas, livros ou museus, mas no continente africano o tecido por muitas vezes pode substituir estes meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o onde v\u00e1rias estampas s\u00e3o consideradas \u00ab\u00a0cl\u00e1ssicas\u00a0\u00bb porque lhes foram atribu\u00eddas mensagens, tal como anedotas insultos, avisos, mensagens religiosas e v\u00e1rias outras possibilidades.
